Check EC2 Instance Management Capability

In this step we will try to terminate the EC2 Instance we created.

1. Log in to AWS EC2 Console and access EC2 service in us-east-1 (North Virginia) via the URL - https://us-east-1.console.aws.amazon.com/ec2/v2/home?region=us-east-1.

2. We access the Running Instances section and find the EC2 instance named Example.

   • In the upper right corner, we will click the Instance State button.

   • We will proceed to select Terminate.

3. Confirm Terminate

• You will receive a success message.

• Thus the 5th test has passed.
